Q: How do we receive our images?
A: We deliver our images through a private online gallery. This gallery allows you to view your edited digital images, to download your edited digital images in high resolution, to share on social media or share them with family and friends. You can order prints, albums, and other products through your gallery.
Q: Can I print my images in different labs or via different websites?
A: Yes, of course! You can order prints through your online gallery. Or you can order prints from different websites! I can give you recommendations too!
Q: How long after the photo session will I receive my images?
A: I will deliver the images through an online gallery as soon as they are ready. Usually within 2-6 weeks from the date of the photo session. It depends on the type of session and the event.
Q: What is the retainer fee?
A: The retainer fee is a booking fee, and it is 50% of the booked session price. It secures the service for the agreed date and time frame.
Q: Do you travel outside of Orange County?
A: I do travel. However, depending on the distance and the location, the client will be responsible for travel fees in addition to the booked session cost.
Q: Can you give us the unedited/negative images?
A: Only edited images will be delivered .
